The Lord Always has a Plan!

So I don't know what The Lord has planned for me , or what is happening in the next 5 weeks till the end of this Year but I know that The Lord is working on me and going to help me figure out my path and what should happen next in my life. Little steps at a time. I am so grateful to know that He is always there for each of us , I don't know what I would do with out His help and guidance in my life !! Awwwwe it's so amazing.  Well I will be going to the Temple a lot more these next 5 weeks through recovery from my personal surgery and or also taking in any answers that I get. I will take a journal with me each time I go.
Here it goes......
So I shared my story a long while back when I first started a blog and then I started another blog about my mission life.  But I feel inspired to share sometime with you all .

So after I left on my mission back in July 2013 and was not able to stay for long do to my illnesses and being very sick and had to find out what it was.... I then was sent home where I coped with the illness for about 5 1/2 months... then I was ready to go back out.
When I went back on in the mission field they sent me on a trial mission, where I served close to home for about 3 transfers to see if I was well enough to go back to my original mission in WA state. Well shorty it got real close to before I was going to be sent back to my mission (literally 3 days before) and I was having traumatic flashbacks of my past, so was sent home to be close with my dear family. That was back the end of May of this year 2014 when I came home again.
Well this evening 11-6-14, I attended a beautiful choir concert that the AGM (Arizona Gilbert Mission) put on about the Restoration of the Gospel and it was wonderful! At the end of the night, the missionary that spoke was telling us to act upon any prompting that we received this night and to pray about it. You would not believe what my prompting was ;but the spirit spoke to me very direct, " When you heal after your recovery in 5 more weeks. You need to go back and finish your mission, Start preparing to go back."
It has been a long while since the spirit has spoke to me in that very direct way. But I know that as I pray about it and as I act upon what I was told The Lord will make it happen. Because after it was over, I spoke with the mission President of that mission and I told him about my prompting and he told me directly with a smile on his face , " Contact me after your recovery and we will see what we can do."
It may be a 3rd time that I am returning but I am so grateful that I am able to be close to the spirit. I testify that He knows each one of us. I know He has a plan for us. I am so grateful to share this experience with you all.

Let's see where The Lord takes me next, I know His plan is the best way to go and I trust in Him. I cannot do this alone . He will lead me along to what is next in my steps of life . Thank Heavens for prayer and my scriptures and going to the Temple!! I would be so lost with out it all.

How does God speak to you in your life? How does He make you feel ?
How has He blessed you in your daily life?

Feel free to share with me any comments or questions. I will do my best to answer and reply:)

Love you all thanks for the Love and support !! God Bless <3 <3 <3

My Weight Loss Journey

I Can Do Hard Things !!!

This my lovely friends , is only the beginning of a long journey for me. I will not stop and I will not give up .

This is only my second time doing " Throw back Thursday"  of memories, but you know what this deserves it . I have changed so much since I graduated high school... back when I was over 300 pounds but after I graduated, I left for a semester of college before my mission, I DID NOT give up on my weight loss journey.. I went from 2012-2013 down 160 pounds or so and I am still going on my journey.... I can't wait to bring a whole new "me" to this journey in 2015 !!! I can do hard things.. ‪#‎nevergiveup‬ ‪#‎keepyourheadup‬ I am so glad this year went by quick .... I have always struggled with self esteem and being low with myself, as well as getting bullied as a child and and that other negative stuff ... But through high school is really what changed me most, I did not care what other thought about me ...I was positive through everything. I had doctors that put me down and it took a long time to find the right one who really cared to help me and understand me. Well I am so blessed to have gone through this trial because now I know that The Lord , My God will help me through the rest of this journey as time goes by !! I love life and I am so much more a happier and positive person because of what I have been through. I thank all those who have helped me , encouraged me, supported and cared about me, and most of all loved me throughout my life . God Bless You All!!!! Here is to ..reaching my goal and being my healthier and happier self for the first time in my life ! I got this  There will be more before and after pictures... as my journey goes by.

Stay Tuned !

As of 10-18-14 I lost 6 more pounds. I don't have pictures of this one but I will do my best to as the time goes by.

On 10-28-14 I lost 4 1/2 more pounds , so all together in the past 3 months 11 1/2 pounds . I am doing good.

Today on 11-7-14 I went to another follow up check up with my doctor , and I lost 2 more pounds yayyy that makes it now 14 pounds lost  !! I was also told by my doctor that I am able to start doing my normal exercising again I just have to take it easy around my scarring so no harm happens to them :) Meaning here I go, starting tonight I am going talking and doing my simple body work outs again, YAY!!!
#ICanDoHardThings

11-17-14 -- This eveing I had an awesome work out !! I burned 205 calories from it and I felt good .

I am so proud of myself!! Everyday one step closer to my goal !!
Thank you for all the support !

Family is Number ONE!

I have the cutest little nephew just in case anyone wanted to know that ! Oh and the happiest family :) Through God's plan we can all be with out families forever. Let God be in your life, you won't be sorry. He has changed my life and His plan has too. I have seen it changes others lives as well. The most important blessing we have been given is a family and to "Love" one another :)

Sweet sweet baby and still it <3
I a so grateful for my parents . I love them so much. I have the best step dad ever and he has always been there for me and my family since the day he started dating my mother. He truly is a man of a big heart. He even still opens the car doors for us, that is  a real gentleman !
I am a true MOMMA'S GIRL ! For the Win! I would not change it for the world, I seriously love her so much , she is my strength when I feel weak. She is my hero . She has been through so much with me and even been there for me through the times when times were rough in any situation. My mom has a heart of Gold. People always or often ask me, why I am the way I am ? Or why am I so nice all the time? Well it truly is because I have been raised by a wonderful mother who is my true #1 supporter here in life and always. I love you momma !! I am grateful God gave me you.
I told you I am a momma's girl.. well my dad currently does not have a smart phone so he can't FaceTime but me and mom do and when we do , we make the best of it .. nothing better than a snapshot of us! I love our goofy selves ! It will always be the same!

More memories to come ! I love my family and am so blessed to know that families are forever and that I can be with them for Eternity. It is only through God's Plan and I am glad I chose to follow his ways.

The Temple AKA The Happiest Place On Earth

The importance of Temples in my life are seriously one of the most amazing gifts ever. I am so grateful to know that I can go to the Temple whether it's sitting on the outside and pondering or inside doing The Lords work ... It it one of the most amazing blessings in my life to have one so close to home and so close to my heart. I am blessed to know that some day I will be married and sealed for Eternity to my future spouse and will be able to go there often and receive the inspiration or answers that I need and feel of His love each time I do go.
Here is a shot I took this past week when the beautiful clouds were surrounding the Temple. It was breath taking.
The wonderful side of the Temple with the never ending family tradition water falls, They stand for Families are forever.
I was at the Temple one evening and just walking around the outside of the gates just doing some pondering and I took this beautiful picture. I love it as night and I love it in the day. I love the feelings that I get when I am close to The Lord and close to His house.
Gates were closed but the spirit was the same. I love this side view of the Temple. From any angle no matter where you take a picture. There is never one picture that does not turn out good because the Temple is so beautiful .

"I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE"

I am glad that I make in one of my number one priorities in life and number one goals to be able to be sealed to a future someone in the nearer future for ETERNITY and to know that families are forever :) It is such and amazing blessing!

I am glad I am able to share the light and the beauty of the Temples with others.

Always try to stay on the right path that will lead you to the Temple, was the thought that came in to my head as I was taking this picture :)
I love the reflection pool and the Temple . The Mesa Temple has a special place in my heart. I am dearly grateful for all the Lords Temples.
This is one of my favorite pictures of me and the Temple :) I love the light that comes from the Temple and shines on me .
Here is another seflie I took from the grass area and I love the back ground so much. The Temple truly is the best and most happiest place. I am grateful to know that I can go there anytime.

Temples and the great meaning of them are truly The Lords way of showing His love for us through many different ways. We just have to choose to accept and follow Him.

My first Relief Society Retreat

So for those who don't know what Relief Society is, it is just a the oldest and largest women's organization in the world in my faith. It was established in 1842 for women 18 years of age and older. It's purpose is to build the faith and personal righteousness , strengthen families and homes, and help those in need.

Here are some memories that I would like to share from my less than 24 hour wonderful adventurous and fun time that I had with the ladies in my ward at church. What a wonderful experience it was.

The beautiful Cabin we stayed in , that the Riffeys let us use :)

Found this site with all this old rusty things that we thing a mountain man or someone like that who was very smart and adventurous decided to live here but He/She abandoned it. I would have loved to hear the story behind all of it.
This really cool rusted barrel grill looking thing , I think it was so cool.
Anyone wanna go for a ride in that tiny boat?? it's so cute! I loved how old this stuff looked.
I don't know what these were but they looked interesting.
Look at these old rusted bed frames.... wow !
This had to have been a man. Look at this box of old bones... who knows where they came from or what they were used for but it looked like an old wooden treasure box. Pretty neat !
Friend Jazi walking off in the distance going to go climb some rocks.

 Cool rusted Ax.
She makes that ground look strong!
Good times good times !!! I loved the hike and I loved the whole experience with everyone that was there.

Here is our whole group minus two people that had to leave early, but It was a bunch of fun. Those that could not make it or just did not come sure missed out. But there is always next year. It was fun getting to know everyone and bonding .

I was able to build a strong friendship with my friend Jazi as you can tell that is all who most of my pictures are shared with. I love that girl and I am glad we were able to share these memories with each other.

I loved the devotional that was shared around the fire, the getting to know one another interesting facts around the fire at night till it started raining... and all the laughter and smiles. I have not laughed so much in a long time but i had some good laughs.

It was also good getting to know and feel of Bishops love for us as well as his sweet wife.

While I was on the hike I was also so happy that I was walking and a saw something tiny run across my foot i didn't step on it though. So I had to try to find it and I did , it was a baby horny toad the cutest little guy ever. I picked him up and held him for awhile and then i let him go cause he just was so cute and i know he needed his environment more then my love. I thought it was the cutest thing I ever have saw. I guess I am obsessed with tiny things now :D

I also got to go for a ride on a Polaris and that was a blast. What an adventure with beautiful scenery and cool things that I was able to see. I am grateful that I went even through all the aches and pains that I was feeling, in the end it was so worth going. I am glad I decided to go last minute cause I had a great experience :)

I love The Lord and I love the Gospel I am grateful for all the wonderful opportunities that He gives us in our lives to learn and grow and the special guidance that He gives us. I love my Savior . I have a testimony of Him and His redeeming love for us . I am so grateful for the wonderful things that He gives me in my life.

I know He has much more planned for me and for you and as we try our best to live the life that He would have us live, We can truly be happy and return to live with Him someday :)

God Bless !
